The Remotec ZTX-800 Z-Wave to IR AC & AV Extender is a Z-Wave Plus device that converts a Z-Wave command into an IR signal.
With the Remotec ZTX-800, you can control your air conditioners and AV devices, different makes and models, by having a built-in code library. The device has wide-angle infrared radiation and can be wall-mounted or free-standing.

Remotec ZTX-800 is powered by AAA batteries or USB. When the device is turned on for the first time, it “remembers” the type of power supply, and in order to change it, it must be turned off and on again.
