SwiidInter is the first cable switch in Z-Wave’s home automation environment that is small and discreet enough to be comparable to a conventional cable switch. It can be used both manually, like any ordinary cable and plug in remotely via Z-Wave controller.
SwiidInter also provides connectivity in both directions. In this way, it can be controlled automatically by another Z-Wave device on the same network, for example by triggering a presence detector. Conversely, with a short press or a long press, it can control two separate groups of Z-Wave devices that are connected to it: for example, any other room where your SwiidInter light switch is located.
The SwiidInter switch installs just like a cable switch: so it’s quick and easy to install, requiring no special tools. Then it must be configured to fit into a “network” Z-Wave, the network can be as simple as a remote that controls your SwiidInter remote switch.
A Z-Wave controller is required to control a remote switch. The controller can be a stand-alone type controller for remote control or home automation. Many home automation controllers are compatible with SwiidInter: eedomus, ZiBASE, Zipabox, Vera, Home Center, HomeTroller Zee.
