All products are shipped from our warehouse in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. The products are delivered in original packaging by the manufacturer.
Shipping Costs will be visible in the system during checking process after entering the delivery address. The price of delivery is according to the courier's tariff and is at the expense of the customer. The orders will be shipped after payment. Orders are delivered by DHL according to their terms. Please note that shipping to a pack station or a post office is not possible.
The customer is responsible for checking the condition of the delivered products in the presence of the courier. Customer must make all claims of non-conformity or obvious defects in the delivered products (eg open and damaged box), together with all relevant supporting documents (in particular photos) within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
In the event that one or more products are not available, the customer will be notified of the approximate delivery date. If within 30 days for any reason other than the action of the Client or force majeure, Domotica-Store.EU will refund the amount to the Client in the form of a loan from the store or bank transfer.
The customer has the right to refuse the purchased goods without stating a reason, without paying compensation or penalty and the cost of return shipping is at their expense. The right of withdrawal may be exercised only if the following conditions are met:
The original packaging of the goods, as well as its commercial appearance are not damaged
The customer has provided all purchase documents together with the goods
The trader refunds the amounts received from the customer within 14 days from the date on which he received the returned goods. The cost of returning the goods is at the expense of the customer.
