The DS18B20 performs analogue to digital conversion, 8 bytes memory and 3 bytes EEPROM.
The memory is used to communicate with the DS18B20 for:
- Extraction of the converted temperature
- Set the converter
- Determination of minimum and maximum temperatures for thermostat
